Can someone verify some Platinum Status and Free Nights benefits? If you go online at Hyatt and they show availability on their main page for base rooms, can you not get a reward night in one of those rooms? I had a Queen room held with points and needed either a King or Twin, but Hyatt says these rooms are sold out. And can only put a request in.

Also using the Free Night Certificates. Are you unable to switch and use the Certificate for a Points held room?

And I was told you can't use a Suite Upgrade certificate on a points redemption, although Suites show up as available to book.
