I just checked with UA and most of the fares Law Lord listed have either expired on June 15 of 2000 or are valid only ex-Australia/New Zealand.

That leaves the *A fares or the UA/CX fare.

If anyone knows of any others that are valid ex USA / Canada I'd love to hear about them.
