Not sure I follow your logic here. If you're on a B-fare, as you said in your original post, and you're OP Gold, you should be able to upgrade to an F seat as long as space exists. Why would traveling on business matter? I travel for business, and if my fare type allows me to take an upgrade, you'd better believe I take the upgrade.
