Btw if your co worker is 18 theres one of two ways she could rent 1) rent in new york where legally the minimum age is 18 but there is a fee or 2) she could become a usaa member which makes the minimum age 18 in all states with no fee, becoming a member is free just go to USAA.COM and click join you do not have to be in the military, and the way to prove that your a member at the hertz counter is by opening a checking account with USAA which is free and deposit $25 like that you will recieve a debit card with the usaa logo on it there is no minimum balance so you can withdraw the $25 at any time.
