Don't get me wrong here. I don't have an agenda.

First of all, yes, this is my first post, because I am big fan of this forum and I learn a lot about FT and I would like to share some experiences in case this happen to some other people. (there is a risk of losing your confirmed exit row seat)

Plus, I am a long time Continental flyer. For the last two years, I was platinum. This year, I am gold, so I do know a little about Continental and I felt strange too. It should not happen, but since last month, I had 4 times in a row where my confirmed exit row seats was taken away and reseated.

I am travling for business trips so upgrade is not an option.

I hope this will never happen to other people.
