Hey all, thanks for the replies. I haven't read a PIT related post on FT since I started lurking.
It appears the PIT-ORD 6:00am route dies the week of 8.8.11 as thats the last one I can find to snatch up. I believe I searched into October and it was still gone. I'm used to them shifting the plane between an A319/320 and E170 between Summer and Winter but after 3 years of taking the flight they have never eliminated it entirely.
I can deal with the Colgan Coffins for the 35 minute jump from PIT to IAD but they keep inching the damn second IAD-LAX flight back more and more. Before I was touching down around 10:15 if I remember correctly and now I think it's a little after 11am.
As far as that DEN-PIT is concerned, I almost took on a client there a couple months aog and thank God I didn't. One of my people is taking that 1290 mile jaunt in the CRJ-145 and hates it. I feel for the guy, he's like 6'3" to boot.
I'll clock in at about 200k miles flown this year on UA and I really don't want to change, I'm pretty happy overall. Though taking a challenge on Delta or American is getting tempting.
