Is it only US who does these kind of promotions, or are there other airlines who do the same kind of promotions. Promotions where you can buy enough miles to get you a long-haul business calss ticket for a very fair amount?

I've tried searching the forums, but can't really find anyone mentioning any other airlines with buy miles promotions. Are US really alone doing this?
