Assuming you meant the seat layout, F is Aisle (Middle Row) and J is Aisle (Right Hand Side)
Have you maybe been shifted from K to J?
I had to re-read it a couple of times because I thought the same thing.
He means he was in World Traveller Plus and got shifted from the centre pair (E/F) to the isle of the window pair, there is no "D" in Y+ on the 767, it goes AB - EF - JK:
