One of the ladies certainly didn't have any status - I clearly saw her BP, her BAEC blue card and her Romanian passport as she was clutching it in her hand on arrival.

Any ideas? It's just another petty little BA thing that niggles me.
It's only £10 per sector on CE. So not worth that much to BA

Other reasons -
One was a Prem Card holder? Higher gold status than you?

Medical seating request put them there?

Repatriation flight?

Possibly a Govt officials wife who wanted those seats?

The list is endless
