bernie, it's not so strange to have addresses in more than one country. I have addresses in two and bank accounts and credit cards for more than one country.

Also at just EUR 0.8 per mile, SAS Eurobonus pays better than Miles&More. It's typically around USD 1 per mile in the USA, I think.
