Costco used to have 3 month two park passes for $89, but those have been gone for over a year now. I don't remember ever seeing any discount tix at Walmart, but I've never looked either, and I live on the other side of Orlando.
A Costco just opened near my home a few weeks ago, and when I was walking through I would swear I saw those Universal Tickets. The 2 park pass working seems to stick in my mind.
I will have to go look more thoroughly.
Walmart sells discount disney tickets. From what I have read on mousesavers, it's not all the time. You could call one of them near the parks and see if they have any and how much.
