Haven't seen this question explicitly asked in this way elsewhere on the forum (please correct me if I am wrong!). My co-worker has a Wells Fargo card and foolishly has racked up 200-300,000 points on it over past years. I am getting him to switch (AA offers and then the SPG as a day-to-day).

What is the best or highest value for him to cash out of his points? Gift cards are Bleh to me but I think that's really all Wells Fargo offers? When I do a quick search for even "travel", which has an airplane icon.. its still the same gift certs. and sometimes not even conversion at 0.01!
