Doesn't making people fly 1290 miles in a CRJ-145 violate the 8th amendment of the constituition?

Then again, the TSA has been ignoring the 4th for about ten years now.

The cut-backs and re-schedules in PIT are also having a pretty negative effect on award availability. I no longer live there, but my parents do, and guess whom the bulk of my miles get spent on?
