I am covered via my BMO Airmiles Gold MC with travel insurance options.

My parents has an annual payment plan that covers them health only for the whole year, unlimited travel with Manulife. $350/yr - Pa is 80 and Ma is 77. They are covered for the trips on their Canadian credit card.
