Miles get awarded to the frequent flyer membership number on the BP. That is a check-in detail. Do not produce AA card at this time.

A physical plastic card with the same name as the name of the BPs is required for lounge access.

Lounge agent should not tamper the the PNR details of the pax at this stage.
