Just one correction, the Government has not introduced heavy speed limits on the Heathrow Express, infact the government has not introduced any speed limits.

Railtrack (a private company) is conducting repairs to the track which are causing delays. They won't last forever.... although it is beggining to feel that way.

And Jongar is quite right, if Star needs to look at check-in problems anywhere on its network, Frankfurt would be an excellent start.
