Was charged $75 fee at at airport based on previously applied mileage upgrade for Mrs. Emanon in SFO, despite being on the same ticket. Was told this is new policy, all GMs to pay the fee if using miles.

Wrote 1KVoice with link to policy requesting a refund, got an apology stating that I should not have been charged, and a $75 e-cert in lieu of a refund. Would have preferred a refund.
