2 hour operations delay (crew) on the ORD-LAX leg of my DCA-ORD-LAX trip on Sunday 7/17. Ended up getting us in ~90 minutes late to LAX (past midnight) was a little frustrated since I had a 9AM flight the next morning LAX-SFO, would have liked the extra 90 minutes of sleep. Nada by way of compensation.

SFO-LAX flight operations delay today (7/20) that took the 9:42 departure to 12:30. Landed a few minutes shy of 3 hours late at LAX. Again, no compensation (pro-actively on their part of course, I tend not to go fishing too much with 1K voice).
