PIT Flyer - Any others seeing their routes/times shift dramatically?
Greetings all,
I did a brief search before posting so I apologize if this post is redundant. Though I doubt it is since I consider flying out of PIT as not much better than flying out of a ma & pa airport any more.
To the point...
For the past 2 years I've been doing PIT to LAX Monday mornings with a stopover in either IAD, ORD or SFO depending on the cost to pinch a few pennies for the client.
All three flights left at 6am up until now. UA moved ORD to 7:25am so I'll miss my business friendly connector, SFO to 8am which totally makes that route useless, and knocked back my connector at Dulles 35 or so minutes.
What amazes me is that my 6am ORD and SFO routes were consistently full whether I left on a Monday or Tuesday morning.
I haven't been a member on FT very long so if anyone could explain UAs logic a little more to me it would be appreciated. I could understand if the metal wasn't on the ground but arrivals at PIT aren't fast and furious so I'm assuming that they're there overnight like my 6am flights.
