Thanks. As I suspected. The price we pay for leaving from an airport that's less hectic than LAX (fare was actually lower out of BUR, surprisingly). Maybe we'll splurge and eat at the hotel, since we're not likely to get a big meal (even paid) on the plane. Flying to DFW then on to DTW. Maybe have to grab dinner at DFW, though my wife can get hypoglycemic so we'll take a snack or buy one onboard.
