I was having a reshuffle of my books at the weekend and came across this one and read it again for about the third time.

The Naked Pilot (The Human Factor in Aircraft Accidents) by David Beaty who is an ex-RAF pilot. The title initially is a bit misleading but it is an absolutely fascinating read however it is not recommended before a flight............

It has numerous stories referring to communication problems by crews, ATC, refers to the male ego and has numerous acknowledgements to BA, QF, SQ Captains amongst others who had some input to the content.
