The screen displays in the airport should match the PDA, which the airport being the more important for accuracy, IMO
The PDA site should be the more important, because it is much easier to use then standing around looking at a screen. I'd rather board my flight and look on my phone while sitting down, then standing, and when the upgrade doesn't clear running to board the plane.
