With today's BA16 now running 3-1/2 hours late (just as predicted), we've been rebooked on QF31. First time on the 380 and in F! Told the missus not to get used to it - we'll be back to WT+ & CW before we know it. Amazing how quickly you can turn around a situation when you have empowered staff who actually care.

Now only if we could kidnap the QF lounge staff and take them to the LHR T5 Gold lounge. Sort of a reverse immigration for all those convicts... alas, I know the economics of QF's lounge would be unsustainable at BA's hub. But one can dream can't they?
