Yes, in fact, as far as I know...

You cannot redeem upgrades on other star carriers...

AC members can't even upgrade on AC... 0

It's different for UA/LH... (same bed? )

I would be jumping in joy if I was able to upgrade on ANA using AC miles... the generocity of AC combined with upgrades on ANA will be so nice... but life is fair which means I won't be able to do that (because I got Elite so easily... fair I guess )
