This is the first time that I will be booking thru expedia. I notice that their price guarantee would offer $50 coupon if I find a cheaper rate on a competitor's website.

I'm checking out a hotel and already found one where another site as a lower rate. The scenario is that I plan to stay 3 consecutive nights at the hotel. Can I book the first night, then get a price match (for the $50), and then book the remaining 2 nights using the coupon?

Not sure if this works, if you have any idea, please let me know.
