So basically I'm relocating to PVG next year for work, and looking for a suitable program that would be easy to redeem awards. No real loyalties for any alliance besides OW given my use of QF domestically.

if you only fly 25-30k miles a year, and you don't concentrate on one alliance, there is no doubt that A3 is the only option for you...
