It's been a couple years since I signed up for GE and logged into GOES. I'm trying to sign up for the $15 RFID card. Now it's asking me to update my security questions and update my password. Problem is the next screen keeps popping up a system error. Been trying for 4 days. No answer from the DHS support email. Anybody else having this trouble?
I had the same problem when I tried to log-in. It turned out I used the wrong password. You can't use the "Forgot Password" link because it asks 3 security questions and since I haven't log in since I was approved in 2008, I never provided answers to the security questions. Anyway, I finally found my original application which I had printed out and where I had recorded my password. I was then able to Log-on and updated the questions and password and requested the card.
