Are you sure the 25% was of the whole ticket price, not just of their ticketing fee? (But that would be strange because most agencies I know just keep the entire fee.)

If it is a refundable ticket (I'm not up on that aspect of B fares) you could just not travel and I believe DL will credit the fare back to your account.
