Hi all,

I booked a B fare ticket via a travel agency. I found out that I needed to cancel. When I called delta they said it had to be done through the travel agency, but when I called the travel agency they wanted a 25% cancellation fee, which would have been $500. I thought this was weird, because the flight isn't until 8/17. Is there any way I can just cancel through Delta, or are there any cheaper ways of cancelling this ticket?
