One entree (usually chicken or beef) is the standard offering for non-p.s. domestic C. At least you got a much better seat! I'm supposed to be in C on ORD-SFO later this week, and if the standard equipment holds (three-cabin 763 for UA 907) it will be one entree, no choice. I have pre-ordered a Hindu meal. Also hoping for the oatmeal raisin cookie!
