The card Chiangi is describing is the "ANA Super Flyers" card, which is a credit/mileage card combined in one. It is only offered to the ANA Platinum members resident in Japan who are able to obtain credit cards in Japan. Essentially, you pay 10000 yen as the annual fee for keeping the credit card, and you get to keep the "ANA Super Flyers" card as well, which is not a bad deal if you can make it, but if you live outside Japan, you can't really get the card as you are unlikely to be able to obtain a credit card in Japan.
By the way, "ANA Super Flyers" is a bit like AC SE, UA 1K etc... Highest status of ANA, just that you need to have the credit card that goes with it as well...
