They may have something like a 30 day cancellation policy at this resort.
The issue is what the cancellation penalty means! When I called again, after not getting an answer, they said the penalty was forfeiting the free nights - quite a difference from having to pay $500+! The does not seem to be any consistency not any sense in what is going on.
Still, have to do it and hoping for the best. Went to Manchester area for years when the kids were smaller and had dinner and golfed at Equinox. Never stayed there so looking forward to it.
