Be flexible on non-flexible tickets in order to get people in the air when bad weather is approaching. Was stranded twice in the last 12 months as FCT staff refused to rebook me on an earlier flight even though bad weather was approaching in MUC as I was on a cheap Y ticket. Reason given: "no delays in MUC as of now(!)" and of course it changed
