Award class and revenue bucket mapping
Does anybody know what revenue fare bucket is used to calculate the award class fare?

I mean if I was to fly business class on award ticket on BMI, I know it would be booked into "I". However what business class revenue fare bucket it corresponds to?
It makes a difference to know/calculate the exact taxes on ITA.

More specific example is DUB-LHR in business class on ITA shows as P/D/C with varying taxes! I know it is Premium economy on DUB-LHR but what class should I be using to calculate the taxes on ITA so that I am well armed before calling the ICC?
