My biggest negative about M&M is the evouchers system.
SEN get 2 evouchers every second year. So it is 1 upgrade per 2 years.
What about giving 1 evoucher per every 50k status miles in a year.
That way there would be incentive to fly M&M even on the 'even' years when you are already confirmed SEN.
And yes, I know that is twice as many evouchers as given out currently. Tell them it could be finally an enhancement without irony.
