Right after logging-in there is a button "enroll in a new program" under :: Program Membership(s) :: I would upload the image if I knew how to. There you find all the other options.

Technically, I suppose the NEXUS card is a more "powerful" card than the GE card, because NEXUS card does everything a GE card does and ALSO shows proof of ability to enter Canada via airport kiosks (iris scanning kiosks), though you need to have your passport to do so.
Only GE.
