The press release on the Global Entry site indicates that you CAN use GE when entering the US from Canada (use the NEXUS lanes). It indicates that you CAN NOT use NEXUS lanes when entering Canada.

That is correct. It says on the Global Entry site (and on my membership information in GOES) that GE can only be used at land crossings into the US from Canada. It can't be used at airports that have NEXUS (and no GE).

When you login to your GOES account, there's a button on the top of the page that says "Request Global Entry Card." The button goes away after you apply for the card.
