Just a small update - I have been emailing them the last week to sort the last bits out.

They seem a little more relaxed than they were previously. I was speaking to someone different this time, not sure if the previous person is still there. The name on each reply did change.

Though I still get the feeling they are pretty down-the-line still. I'm on an F&F rate. Some RA's in the past seemed to get lucky, I have a feeling I won't being a standard AMB, I'll let you know though.
