Flew STR-LHR yesterday on a DEM500 Qclass ticket. Couldn't figure out where to check-in but saw the BD logo on the *A sign...so....I checked in at the LH First Class desk. Asked if I could get in to the lounge....sure no problem! Now the LH lounges are staffed (no more automated boarding pass entry)...man @ the desk welcome me very happily!
