A few issues which just come to my mind are:
- Toll free phone numbers in the important countries (not just the US)
- better use of caller ID to recognize customers
- ability to use email (quick response time) or chat instead of calling
- not sure if LH has an influence: premium security lines which actually save time vs. regular lines (esp. in FRA)
