After attending a few workshops with LH over time, I've been asked to present at an upcoming LH meeting near FRA as a long time LH customer and flyertalker.
The audience is the new LG group that is responsible for ground services, call centers and customer feedback.
Even though I read FT regularly and definitely know what concerns us flyertalkers on the above topics

, I wanted to solicit your feedback on issues you would like me to raise in the presentation.
