Indeed.
Despite trying to pull the wool over the Competition Commissions eyes by saying GLA and EDI were being run autonomously BAA/Ferrovial were found guilty of collusion.
GLA has lost over 2 million passengers since the CC started investigating and hinting that one of the two airports would have to be sold while over the same period EDI gained over 2 million passengers and several new services. Quicker BAA sell GLA and vacate the premises the better.
