I'm furious. It's like something out of a comedy skit. A pushy family with children refused to move from their exit aisle seats. When I questioned this the flight crew asked the child (4 years old) to switch just for take off and landing. The family were not English speakers and one man was wearing a neck brace. Instead of moving he took off the neck brace!!
FLight crew glared at me for questioning them...lovely feeling.
