Your itinerary will be based on mileage. So if you have the maximum mileage scheme available, then yes you can do the MAN-JNB-MAN later (but you will have to backtrack back to FRA to do it). Your ticket is valid for a year. And besides you have already done the transatlantic and pacific sectors on that routing.
