I remember liking chinese buffet when I was younger, but I tried one about 3 months ago after a 15 year hiatus, and well, it was gross. I felt ill the rest of the day.
Indian buffets (as in India) are a new concept to me.. but quite enjoy the buffets for the curries and the fact that is good for the system and cancer prevention..
