The V6 camaro is limited because it has terrible tires, so I think chevy wanted to avoid lawsuits and threw the limiter in there. That's my guess, but yes, it's limited.

The SS V8 is not limited (confirmed by me as well)

The ZHZ Corvette is also 100% not limited (confirmed by me and LOTS of youtube videos)
