I'd say less than 1 cent per mile since there are soooo many unsed miles out there and many that will never be used at the lowest rate. US Airways sells miles at 1.47 cent/mile, and since most are used on partner airlines and US has to buy them, they're making a profit, so probably around 1.1/1.2/1.3 for partners and even less from CCs.
