I call the main line and choose the option for RR. Since I'm calling from a phone that's linked to my RR account, the system merely asks for my birth date. It's always worked for me and I wait no more than 60 seconds.
I assume you're entering two digits each for the month, date, and year, ie, 07 for the month of July.
