Quick question that I can't seem to find the answer to - has there been any change to canceling an award ticket on 2.0? In the original version of RR, you could litterally just not show for an award ticket and it ended up back in your account. (just fyi - personally I always call and give them a heads up) Is that still the case or is there any kind of penalty for cancelling these days?
