about 3 months ago I flew from Midway to Long Island, and rented with Hertz. On my flight, the sun was shining in my eyes, and I reached on my head, no sun glasses. I left them in the back of the passenger seat in chicago. We landed - I called the midway hertz, not some generic number or website, and spoke to the manager. She said has the item been lost within the past 24 hours, I said I lost it 2 hours ago. She asked the plate, make and model, called the people cleaning the cars, and viola - my raybans were found. I gave her my fedex acct number and the next day she put them in the mail and overnighted them to me at home. Very pleasant experience - as I was very skeptical - but she did a good job and was 100% helpful and honest.
